We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Portfolio Assistant Brand Manager on our Consumer Marketing team. This role will contribute to our continued success in driving organizational agility and speed. Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Portfolio Lead, the Portfolio Assistant Brand Manager will oversee the strategic growth and marketing plans for a portfolio of brands, specifically the skin health portfolio (Abreva, Preparation H, and Spectro).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day brand administration including P&L; oversight, demand planning, consumption forecasting, marketing spend management, and digital commerce and media plan performance tracking.
- Lead market analysis that delivers a strong understanding of the external market and category landscape on the consumer, customer, and competitive fronts.
- Develop brand objectives, goals, strategies, and measurements to meet or exceed sales and profit targets through the annual commercial planning process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and activate brand plans with excellence.
- Collaborate with Regional and/or Global innovation teams to lead delivery of product innovation and/or renovation ideas to market.
- Lead the development and activation of consumer communications plans.
- Liaise with Legal/Medical/Regulatory Affairs on issues related to the brand plans and execution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years marketing experience within CPG.
- Passion for the consumer and brand building.
- A strong problem solver with the ability to think both analytically and creatively.
- Ability to lead, influence, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Courage, resilience, perseverance, and tenacity to champion initiatives from start-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Consumer Healthcare industry.
- MBA is an asset.
