Reporting to the Associate Director, ALM Financial Reporting and Analytics, within Sun Life International ALM.
The role will deal with all aspects of ALM financial and compliance reporting, daily hedging, and support various projects including ALM ACMAs. The role will provide opportunities to take leadership on various ALM related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
- Able to work both independently and collaborate effectively. Excellent communication skills when partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Strong desire to solve complex problems and enhance current processes.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, create structure, and balance multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and has an ownership mindset with a drive for results.
- Actively pursuing FSA or FCIA designation.
Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting including producing results, developing commentary, and understanding impacts to the business.
- Support LICAT analysis and the impact of ALM initiatives on LICAT.
- Support daily hedging by working alongside Valuation, Portfolio Management, and other key stakeholders to ensure we manage to our risk limits within our hedging program.
- Influence enhancements to ALM processes and strategic initiatives.
- Work alongside SLC, Valuation, and FP&A; on various ALM and business initiatives.
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
