The District Manager, Eastern Canada is Toronto-based, with travel to store locations. Reporting to the Regional Manager they support the successful financial growth of the company responsible for recruiting and developing management personnel and store teams,





ensuring maximum profitability and adherence to company objectives and policies while enhancing the client experience. They ensure customer service, visual, and operational standards exceed expectations through the development of talent. They embody our values and represent the brand in their behaviors.

Role And Responsibilities

- Conduct store visits independently and with the Regional Manager to assess and identify opportunities for sales growth, profitability, and client service improvements.
- Network, recruit, interview, and select all management-level candidates and establish succession plans internally and externally.
- Ensure that all Store Managers and team members attend mandatory training modules and product knowledge sessions.
- Evaluate and acknowledge performance through annual appraisals and regular feedback.
- Train, coach, motivate, and lead district teams to uphold exceptional client service standards.
- Develop strategies for retention by holding monthly one-on-one meetings with all managers and creating individual development plans for their growth.






- Collaborate with Human Resources to investigate, assess, and resolve employee relations issues.
- Ensure that district stores adhere to standard operational procedures, loss prevention policies, and human resource guidelines.
- Build relationships with key corporate partners such as Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Merchandising and Inventory Management, Finance, Store Operations, Animations, Store Development, and IT to address district needs and maximize sales and profitability.
- Take initiative to drive change within the organization, challenge existing practices, and share best practices to enhance overall performance.
- Embrace and demonstrate company values in interactions with personnel and external partners.

Qualifications







- 3–5 years of multi-store management experience in a complex business environment or exceptional performance in a similar management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven track record of building teams by identifying talented leaders who can train and develop staff to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service, while coaching, developing and managing performance.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Ability to foster an environment of exceptional customer service and optimize the Best at Bras selling model.
- Ability to effectively delegate,





follow up, communicate, and build relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Inspires a shared vision by setting clear goals and fostering a positive, motivating and rewarding work environment.
- Business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills. They use data driven reports to identify potential coaching opportunities to empower their teams. They have an understanding of payroll, pricing, margins and discounting impacts.
- Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel, conduct on-site store visits and attend meetings as required.
- Bilingualism an asset.
