Sommaire du poste

Au sein du groupe Gestion des commandes, vous êtes responsable de gérer, vérifier et suivre les commandes de nos clients ainsi qu’à répondre à leurs différentes demandes de renseignements.

Votre rôle

- Répondre adéquatement aux demandes de renseignements des clients relatives aux commandes
- Assurer un service courtois et rapide à tout moment;






- Effectuer un suivi quotidien des commandes ouvertes en utilisant des tableaux de bord structurés.
- Collaborer avec les équipes des operations, finances et de logistique pour assurer la mise à jour précise et en temps réel des informations sur les commandes.
- Préparer des rapports réguliers sur l’état des commandes et les présenter aux parties prenantes.
- Collaborer à l’amélioration constante de la qualité et de l’excellence du service à la clientèle;
- Traiter, documenter et effectuer le suivi des plaintes clients,
- Assurer le service essentiel lors de congés et fin de trimestre au besoin;
- De plus, vous effectuez toute autre tâche connexe pouvant relever de cet emploi.

Ce que nous recherchons

Compétences techniques

- Connaissance en service à la clientèle;
- Connaissance du marché International;






- Connaissance des outils informatiques, notamment la suite Office;
- Connaissance de SAP, module SD (un atout).

Aptitudes requises

- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et en communications interpersonnelles, professionnalisme au téléphone et capacité de comprendre les besoins des clients;
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes pour cerner les questions et les problèmes des clients, les analyser et proposer des solutions appropriées;
- Aisance relationnelle nécessaire à votre rôle transversal et à la relation commerciale importante
- Connaitre les règles de base du Commerce International (Incoterms, principe de facturation)
- Sensible à la diversité culturelle
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps pour pouvoir planifier efficacement ses activités,





définir les tâches prioritaires et respecter les échéances.

Exigences

Expérience pertinente : Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience en service à la clientèle dont deux (2) dans un poste similaire

Exigence linguistique : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit

Formation : Diplôme d’Études Collégiales en Gestion de commerces ou en Bureautique (toute autre combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée)
