This is a Part-Time position in the Oshawa area.
Hours of work are Tuesday''s & Thursday''s 17:30-21:30, & Every Other Weekend-Saturday & Sunday 0900-1530.

Working with patients (both in-person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services
Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or school
Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team
Performing other clinical duties as required
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standingA strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
Exceptional interpersonal skillsA valid driver's license and vehicle as regular travel is required
Excellent English verbal and written communication skillsCPR Certification
Current immunization record including 2 step TB test

we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check In addition to providing home-based health care, Care
Partners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings.
Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we've been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
