We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk to become part of our team. Based in Toronto, Ontario, this role involves overseeing customer accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will play a key role in our finance department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our ongoing commitment to customer service.Responsibilities:- Accurately process customer credit applications and ensure efficiency in operations- Maintain precise records of customer credit- Process vendor invoices,





ensuring they are matched and coded correctly- Assist in account reconciliation and month-end closing activities- Prepare and process employee expense reports in a timely manner- Apply cash receipts and assist in the collection of past due balances- Actively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary- Post journals to the correct accounts to maintain accurate financial records- Ensure daily invoices and credits are processed in a timely and accurate manner.- Possess a minimum of three years of experience in accounts payable and receivable role- Proficiency in account reconciliation- Demonstrable experience with accounts payable (AP)- Experience with accounts receivable (AR) processes- Ability to handle billing duties effectively- Proficiency in data entry tasks- Expertise in invoice processing- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysisRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
