We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Analyst, Performance Measurement to lead the development, maintenance, and communication of cross-functional performance measurement reporting, including scorecards and dashboards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business to drive performance improvements across Gas Distribution & Storage (GDS) Operations, focusing on Work Execution and Productivity management. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing performance measurement tools and reports that enhance operational effectiveness and support the achievement of corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of performance reporting for GDS Operations, focusing on Work Execution and Productivity reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced scorecards and performance dashboards to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for driving results.
- Partner with Operations leaders to develop performance measures that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure data quality and integrity, maintaining a single source of truth for consistent reporting across the organization.
- Establish and manage effective data governance practices to centralize all performance reporting.
- Create and optimize tools for collecting, analyzing, and communicating performance data.
- Present performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by advancing scorecard and dashboard reporting solutions.
- Work with various performance reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, SAP Business Objects, and Excel.
- Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance measurement, reporting, and/or analytics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of driving results through performance improvements.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL, and other performance reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering,
or Work Management within Gas Distribution & Storage.
- Familiarity with Gas Distribution & Storage data and systems.
- Strong business intelligence skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis.
