Senior Business Analyst
Our client in the insurance and asset management industry is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in derivatives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel in both business analysis and technical problem-solving, supporting initiatives in Individual Insurance and Wealth.

• Incorporated Business Rate: $83.33 per hour.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver solutions for derivatives asset management.
• Gather and analyze data to provide business recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions to identify key requirements and manage negotiations.
• Define problem statements to support solution development.
• Work with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro) and perform data extraction using SQL, PowerBI, and APIs.
What you will need to succeed:
• College or University degree in IT, Business Systems Analysis, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income assets and derivatives.
• Experience with derivatives systems (Summit, Calypso).
• Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools.
