Answer 365 serves numerous businesses across North America with dedicated answering and call center services. We are currently expanding our team and seeking individuals to join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information and assistance to incoming callers.
- Effectively assess and gather necessary information to address callers' needs.
- Adhere to quality guidelines to consistently deliver excellent service.
- Operate efficiently in various computer environments.
- Option for remote work post-training, contingent upon meeting standards and having reliable high-speed internet.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
- Display conscientiousness and empathy in customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Possess proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrate superior communication and listening abilities.
- Exhibit strong customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Embrace a collaborative attitude and strong work ethic.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Motivated individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: From $18.50 per hour
- Expected Hours: 32 – 48 hours per week
- Benefits: Medical/dental, long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance program, opportunities for advancement.
- Schedule: Includes 8-hour shifts, evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay
- Hours are between 12n - 11pm
Education and Experience:
- Education:
Secondary school preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in call center and customer service roles preferred.
Work Location:
- This is an hybrid position based in Halifax Nova Scotia OR Moncton, New Brunswick.
