Job Description: Mr. Motor Inc. is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our dealership,





ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors. This role also involves providing administrative support across the organization, including assisting with inventory management and vehicle registration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the dealership
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, and through email
- Assist with accounting by helping to manage vehicle inventory records
- Create and maintain files for each vehicle coming into inventory
- Register cars and handle ownership transfers to the dealership or customer names
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:







- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, etc.)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed
- Familiarity with vehicle registration and ownership transfer processes is a plus
- Customer-focused,





with a positive and approachable demeanor

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
