Full job description
Data Analyst
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive business decisions, providing insights and recommendations that enhance our operations, marketing and strategy of our treat brands: Yogen Fruz, Sweet Jesus, Yogurty’s, and Yeh! Yogurt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to business performance, including sales, transactions, product mix,
operational KPIs, customer database and marketing campaign analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Gather and evaluate competitive pricing and develop an analysis of our pricing strategy.
· Marketing campaign analysis including but not limited to conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), Return on investment (ROI), Click-through rate (CTR), social media engagement, Cost per lead (CPL), CRM analysis, and Pre-Post Net of Control (PPNOC).
· Data Modeling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the data needs and provide analytical support.
- Utilize statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for the monthly meetings & management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Qualifications Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics,
Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the food service industry.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages e.g. Python: Fluent in using Python to clean up and manipulate data, with experience in libraries like Pandas for data analysis and data wrangling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Power BI: Proficient in creating and managing dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate marketing performance metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Google Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics to track and analyze web traffic data is preferred.
