Position Description
The SSA will work with the Client Relationship Manager and team to build trust and relationships with client sites, Outputs will include performance dashboards outlining month over month KPIs.
- Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system;
- Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions;
- Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources;
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system;
- Agreements review
- Liaising with sites on tickets, action items being brought forward
- Review of transactions and chargeback
Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shifts.

Basic Requirements
- University degree and/or college plus equivalent experience in a relevant discipline;
- Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in Information Systems;
- Experience with structured life cycle methods;
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders;
- Experience with applying a structured change management approach and methodology;
- Comprehensive experience in current state and gap analysis;
- Experience delivering projects with multiple vendors;
- Experience managing and coordinating complex, multi-program efforts and project activity;
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary teams;
- Knowledge of governance structures;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions;
- A flexible and adaptable team player with ability to work independently as required;
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Superior organizational skills;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) and Visio.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical experience in implementing in Health applications or with experience working with clinicians in identifying the value realization of EHR or information technology;
- Experience in a health care environment;
- Bilingual in French and English;
- Experience in developing training, testing and support documents;
- Experience with implementation of systems in clinical environment;
- Knowledge of governance structures;
- Experience participating in benchmarking activities;
- Experience in project value analysis;
- Experience in transformational change;
- Experience documenting workflows and identifying business/functional requirements;
- Other relevant clinical experience.
