The Catholic Independent Schools of the Nelson Diocese (CISND) hosts six elementary schools and one high school. St. Mary's Elementary (Cranbrook, BC) Our Lady of Lourdes (West Kelowna, BC) St. Michael’s School (Trail, BC) invites applications at this time for: Early Childhood Educators CISND is recruiting for enthusiastic and dedicated Certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team. Our daycare and out of school care programs operate through the year in bright, clean and well-maintained spaces.





This includes full access to the school facilities, 2 gyms, libraries and outside playgrounds, catering to ages 5 - 11. Our program staff encourage and facilitate children’s participation in planned activities, providing guidance and instruction while monitoring individual and group behaviour to ensure a safe, nurturing, creative environment.Our successful candidate will: be able to provide a warm, compassionate learning environment. enjoy fostering children’s sense of well-being, promoting feelings of belonging and inclusiveness. be flexible to the changing needs of the children and programs. work in a team environment, collaboratively with children and families, colleagues and administration. have problem solving and multi-tasking skills. maintain a neat, orderly and clean environment, including all activity areas. have the ability to work under minimal supervision. Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
