Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Customer Services department. This is a 12-month contract opportunity and will report to the Manager of Customer Relations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in reporting precise and timely metrics that can have a significant influence on the decisions of future company activities. This role entails extracting raw Voice of Consumer (VOC) data, followed by the preparation, summarization, analysis,
and insightful recommendations on all metrics for management and other departments’ utilization. Information collected and reported on includes but is not limited to Goodwill usage, customer contacts, and trends on product issues from a customer point of view.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Provide metrics on specific VOC that allow report recipients to monitor KPIs consistently and to make any necessary business changes accordingly
- Analyze data collected from the VOC in all areas and offer recommendations
- Support all departments as information and insight is required from our large customer feedback database
- Complete executive reports in a timely manner
- Report on the Goodwill expenditures monthly
- Conduct monthly reporting according to schedule
- Provide direction and insight for business decisions on all reports and data
- Support the Claim Processing System (CPS) claims
- Ensures that all SOPs are accurate and available in the library
- Provide TCI departments with new data or KPIs to accurately monitor departmental activities or the VOC
What You’ll Bring:
- University degree or College diploma in a related discipline (i.e. Automotive, Business, Mathematics)
- 2+ years’ experience performing statistical analysis
- Ability to visualize data in pictorial and graphic format
- Previous experience with mTab, SPSS or equivalent
- Strong MS Office skills with an advanced level of Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Customer Relations experience an asset
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
