Position Description
Well-known Print Manufacturer is looking for an inside sales/account manager who can provide vital customer-relations and business-development support. Understanding the product and service portfolio with a focus on retaining and expanding existing account revenue to drive the business forward. Proactively assessing the needs account base and the day to day customer requirements. Ensures all customer communication is effective and coordinates with customer service team efficiently expediting priorities where needed.
Ideally an experienced print industry professional looking to advance their career with an industry leader who rewards hard-work, dedication and commitment.
Experience
3 to 5 years of print account management experience.
Qualifications
- Must have 3 to 5 years account management/inside sales experience within print industry
- Must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, detail oriented
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, & various organization software
