Role Overview:
As a key driver of innovation in transportation design, you'll be shaping the future of GoBolt's operational development and excellence.
You'll deliver cutting-edge solutions—from resource and fleet planning to operational optimizations and next-gen system architecture enhancements. This role sits at the heart of GoBolt's business expansion, where you’ll own critical elements like cost modeling, route efficiency, and the seamless setup of operations for both new and existing merchants.
You’ll not only design these solutions but also lead their execution, ensuring that every project hits onboarding milestones and service launches with precision. Your strong analytical skills, combined with your ability to think ahead and solve complex problems, will help you lead high-impact projects across cross-functional teams. As part of this role, you’ll work hands-on with partners, shaping strategy, refining design models, and turning innovative ideas into real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop smart tools and programs to empower GoBolt’s fleet operators.
- Spearhead fleet expansion projects and manage our EV transition strategy.
- Lead a team of specialists to deliver seamless merchant implementations and drive operational success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn bold ideas into efficient, scalable solutions.
- Oversee performance metrics and ensure fleet efficiency, while continuously optimizing transportation operations.
- Build cost models, forecast fleet needs, and price new merchant partnerships with precision.
- Create performance management reports for GoBolt’s Transportation operations.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Management or consultant experience: At least 2-3 years leading teams or managing cross-functional projects, ideally with exposure to the technology or logistics industries could be a plus
- Familiarity, expertise or passion for logistics.
