The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.
We are a busy, fun, drama-free and fast-paced Periodontal clinic with no evenings or weekends!

SCHEDULE:
- 40 hours per week
- Days of the week - Monday to Friday
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with dental practice management software such as DentalWare is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
