All of our store managers, district managers and sales directors started out on the floor at our stores and worked their way up through the company, so they understand the needs of their front-line employees on a personal level—they were there once, too.

We are looking for a talented sales associate who loves fashion, people, retail and is looking for possible career advancements.
Skills Required: Positive attitude, outgoing personality, works well in a team setting,
perseverant and a passion for fashion
Role and Responsibilities: Meet sales targets, offer consistently exceptional customer service, professional and courteous at all times. Maintaining the visual aspects of the store, participating in team meetings. Respecting all company policies as indicated in our Employee Guide, etc.
Training: To be provided by the Development Department
