Reporting to the General Manager for Canada, this critical position within the Canadian Leadership Team is responsible for leading our client’s growth development for Mass Brands in the Canadian Market. The role requires a high degree of collaboration and interdependence across all functions. Key success measures in this role include profitable Sales and Share growth across the channel, excellent strategic customer relations, a highly engaged business team, and a strategic long-term vision for the business.
Our ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive experience of account management, with a proven track record of leading national and regional account teams.
They exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, seizing opportunities with enthusiasm and drive. This individual thrives in a dynamic environment, fostering a culture of reinvention and empowering their teams to creatively and holistically strengthen the Mass brands.
In-depth experience working with Mass brands and Shoppers Drug Mart is essential.
