We are seeking a highly engaged, organized, and effective Recruiting Manager to join our recruitment team at Premium.

Our Recruiting Manager helps drive results through designing, creating, and directing efforts to attract great talent.

What will you do?
•Develop your team of recruiters by managing, mentoring, and coaching performance.
•Relentlessly drive execution of all initiatives & projects.
•Build partnership across all key organizational stakeholders.
•Continuously work to optimize existing recruiting strategies and tools.
•Share your success through key staffing metrics and reports.
•Innovatively develop new recruiting strategies and campaigns.

What experience should you have?
•2+ years of structured supervisory experience within a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
•Combination of relevant experience and formal education (4yr degree preferred).
•Proven track record of successfully developing and managing a team of recruiters.






•High level of comfort in a high-volume recruiting environment.
•Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates.
•A strong knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting.
•Expertise in working with an ATS.
•Strong project management and agency management skills.
•Outstanding networking and communication skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
•The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize.
•An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
•Savvy with the latest tech and tools.
