As Senior Business Intelligence Architect, you will be responsible for the complete management of BI projects, from architecture to implementation, with a strong focus on solution design, data integration and stakeholder management. You will play a key role in defining the company's BI landscape, mentoring team members, and deploying strategic tools to support decision-making processes.
What You Will Do
As Senior Business Intelligence Architect, you will be responsible for the complete management of BI projects, from architecture to implementation, with a strong focus on solution design, data integration and stakeholder management.
You will play a key role in defining the company's BI landscape, mentoring team members, and deploying strategic tools to support decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full cycle of business intelligence projects, including solution architecture, data integration, visualization and stakeholder management.
- Design data models and develop efficient and scalable data pipelines.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to transform business needs into actionable information and tailored dashboards, providing tailor-made solutions that meet expectations.
- Ensure data governance, security and compliance with best practices and corporate standards.
- Oversee data migration and integration projects across various systems.
- Mentor the BI team, providing support in areas such as dashboard design, data modeling and report optimization.
- Oversee documentation efforts, ensuring that BI architecture and processes are well documented and accessible to the team and for cross-departmental training needs.
- Drive process improvements related to report governance, integrity and overall data quality.
This role could be for you if you have
- 15+ years' experience in business intelligence, data architecture and solution design.
- Proven expertise in Azure Data Services, MS SQL and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Solid experience in ETL processes, data modeling and database optimization.
- Experience in managing data migration projects and developing customized BI solutions.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex BI issues.
- Strong programming and development experience, particularly in SQL, SSRS,
SSIS and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability, fostering a collaborative and proactive team environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks for BI reporting and data management.
