Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fast Food Kitchen Assistant who excels in high-speed food preparation with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver consistent quality under pressure, ensuring no mistakes are made during the cooking process. Additionally, the role may involve direct interaction with customers to clarify specific requests and ensure their satisfaction.
Salary: $17.4 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
Expected Hours: 16 - 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Work hours may include evenings from 5 pm to 11 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fast and Accurate Food Preparation:
- Quickly prepare and cook food items while maintaining accuracy and high standards.
- Ensure every order is correct and meets our quality expectations, minimizing errors.
- Customer Interaction:
- Occasionally engage with customers to confirm orders or special requests, ensuring their needs are met precisely.
- Provide clear and polite communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Quality Control and Efficiency:
- Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen workflow to consistently meet time-sensitive demands.
- Follow recipes and preparation instructions meticulously to avoid mistakes and ensure consistency.
Requirements:
- Speed and Precision:
- Demonstrated ability to cook quickly without compromising accuracy or quality.
- Attention to Detail:
- A strong focus on getting orders right the first time,
with an emphasis on quality control.
- Communication Skills:
- Capable of effectively communicating with customers and team members to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Note: Work hours may include evenings from 5 pm to 11 pm to meet peak customer demand.
