Full job description

Service Ontario office requires a counter service representative. This is a fast-paced work environment serving customers in Bolton, Ontario. Services include the provision of information and issuance of health cards, driver’s licence, licence plates, Auto Dealerships (OMVIC), Ontario photo cards (OPC) and other related products and services.

Qualifications include:

· Previous Service Ontario experience an asset.







· Experience providing front-counter customer service in a fast-paced environment; strong command of the English language a requirement for the position.

· Excellent customer relations skills to deal with a diverse group of customers and their needs;

· Analytical and communication skills to understand MTO and MOH systems and follow Ontario government policies and regulations;

· Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure quality work and accuracy;

·Eexperience handling cash, credit card payments and point of sale machines;

· Keyboarding and database skills to enter information and submit inquiries into Service Ontario proprietary systems. Keyboarding skills are a requirement for the position.
