TextNow is looking for an experienced public relations and communications leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving TextNow’s PR social media and influencer strategy, building awareness of our offering, improving our online presence,





and driving media coverage for the brand.

What You'll Do

- Oversee our earned and owned efforts, including organic social media channels, influencer program, content strategy, and PR.
- Establish our consumer media and corporate communications strategy in alignment with the company’s priorities and business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of media pitches and press releases and manage PR agency relationship to drive proactive storytelling and media coverage.
- Forge relationships with journalists and key influencers to help increase TextNow’s profile and drive positive sentiment.
- Build and manage crisis communications strategy for the brand and oversee response to ‘crisis’ situations.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to uncover storytelling opportunities and creative content ideas.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and feel empowered to make quick decisions and drive programs forward both independently and within a team environment
