Role Description:

The Customer Service Agent is the the first point of contact for customers accessing the online “Live Chat” system, and Customer Contact emails, and fielding phone calls for customer inquiries and concerns. You will work with the Customer Experience Lead, other Customer Service Agents,





and an extensive Database of information to assist you in your role.

Agents; via email and phone, will be responsible to ensure customers receive the correct product recommendation based on provided RV leveling system set-up information, as well as troubleshooting issues with installation, pad loss/damage, and forwarding issues to appropriate departments.

Provided Compatibility Database information and CS Operating Systems Handbooks will help the candidate generate a wide knowledge base of RV compatibility and ensure our customers receive our industry-wide recognized 5-Star Service.

Role Requirements:

Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with possible evening and weekend availability, if required. The CS team is a remote working department, but initial training will be provided in person at the Head Office in Calgary; if applicant is based locally.

Compensation for the Customer Service Agent Entry Level Role will be $20/hr to start.

List of Responsibilities:







- Field incoming “Live Chat” requests and respond with the correct product recommendation or answers to concerns in a timely manner. Follow up with the customer by email if more information is required about their set-up, compatibility, and areas of concern, or transfer customer contact information and questions/inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Field Customer product inquiry emails and provide product recommendations via provided Gorgias System Macro responses and Compatibility Database information. Follow up with customer if more information is required to ensure each customer receives the correct product recommendation.
- Update current Compatibility Database spreadsheet with new RV information based on customer interactions and Order data.






- Answer incoming calls from Customers via the computer-based Gorgias Voice platform for inquiries, concerns, or taking phone orders.
- Daily Order checks in Shopify System for accuracy and pushing sound orders through to Fulfillment.
- Work with CS Team Lead and CS Agents for guidance and clarity.
- Position can transition into other areas of responsibility based on strengths and availability.

Required skills/equipment:

- Candidates with previous experience in Customer Service for Online Retail or Help Desk are preferred
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or Holidays if required
- Ability to stay cool and calm in stressful situations,





specifically when dealing with customers over the phone
- Familiarity with platforms like Excel/Google Workspace and Gorgias an asset but not required (will train).
- Strong and reliable internet/WiFi connection for remote work
- Provide own Laptop/ Computer
