Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Material Handling division reporting to the Mississauga Construction & Forestry location.
T his position is responsible for sales growth and profitability of the Material Handling wholegoods department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets. Included but not limited to new and used Material Handling Wholegood inventory.
- Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
- Management and development of all employees in the Material Handling Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company,
customers and employees.
- Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Assisting in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or r elated field preferred 7+ years’ direct work experience in a sales management capacity
Experience in the heavy equipment industry strongly preferred
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
Confident with decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning
Must be available to travel as needed
Required Experience
