and disability that begin on your 1st day Pension Plan Employee discounts on cars and furniture Career growth and continuous development Respectful and cohesive working environment with strong company values Responsibilities Schedule service work in the service department Discuss the required or recommended services for a vehicle, with the customer Gather information on the vehicle's condition from the Service Technicians, and advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services Explaining the benefits and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers Other duties may be assigned as necessary Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software Bilingual in English and French is an asset High school diploma or GED required Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Likes helping people Good work ethic Must have a valid driver's license &
