Our client is seeking a Sr. SuccessFactors Onboarding Lead to support the implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
12 Month initial contract, with possible extension. % remote (EST hours).
Responsibilities
- Offer both Technical and Functional expertise
- Spearhead client requirement-gathering workshops,
- Offer valuable insights into system capabilities
- Guide clients on best practices related to their data and process decisions
- Guide the client through testing, reviewing defects, troubleshooting, and providing resolutions
Must Have
- Experience as a functional consultant
- Experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
- Experience leading Testing efforts
- Associate LevelCertificationin SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
Nice-to-haves :
- Excellent communication in French and English
