What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and report on product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Develop technical product vision, roadmaps, and prioritize user requirements
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective team resourcing and delivery timelines
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor market trends to enhance product features and maintain a competitive edge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, machine learning, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in technical product development, particularly in AI products
- Proven expertise in deploying Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision systems
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex information to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile project management and collaborating with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience with Software as a Service or Machine Learning platforms
- Experience in coaching and developing a team of indirect reports
- Data-driven decision-making experience
- Background in writing and publishing research papers at conferences
