Position Summary

The Service Project Manager ("SPM") is a key member of the team with a broad scope of responsibilities including, among other things, customer service, project coordination and management, material and labour estimating, workflow organization and project planning,





client relations and administration associated with the evolving work of the Customer Care Service Team ("CCST").

The SPM will be required to professionally interact with clients and project team members and use their senior coordination skills and developing project management abilities to complete various service calls. After Analyzing customer requests and helping to define the project scope if asked, the SPM estimates the costing and timing of the job, taking into account variables in the environment and manpower needed, prior to presenting the estimate to the client for review. If approved, the SPM determines which team member(s) would best carry out the service the call.

The SPM will assist the team with and take the lead, as required, on all aspects of service, including among other things, scheduling, pricing, deliveries, client update packages, and engaging the Service Coordinator (SC) in activities such as invoicing, site access and permit submittals, and team activity schedule reminders.
