Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns for workshops, resources, and new product launches.
- Optimize website content and offers to boost sales.
- Deliver strategic objectives into detailed marketing initiatives, ensuring precise performance metrics are in place to measure success.
- Oversee the production and distribution of all branded marketing materials.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to hone and articulate the organization’s unique value proposition into the overall company brand
- Plan and manage the marketing and sales budget.
- Partner with senior management to design metrics and analytical tools for strategic insights on various revenue channels, including reports on retention, the market,
consumer behaviors, and other necessary metrics.
- Engage with external parties or consultants as necessary.
- Manage SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Support key accounts and distributors to meet sales targets.
- Manage event planning for annual meeting, including the design of booths, venue booking etc.
- Oversees all marketing related projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Develop and execute a strategy to maximize member participation, satisfaction and benefits.
- Enhance website use and member engagement through targeted initiatives.
- Oversee the production of newsletters, bulletins, emails, web articles, and member events.
- Ensure efficient processes for developing new and revised member materials.
- Manage member renewal and reinstatement processes, suggesting policy revisions as needed.
- Collaborate with and support key stakeholders on new products and improvements based on market research and customer feedback.
- Inspire and lead the marketing team to deliver top performance and reliable results. Mentor junior team members to achieve marketing and organizational goals.
- Implement new policies, process improvement and streamline workflows to maximize marketing resource efficiency.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical acumen and computer skills, including with MS Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong understanding of web-based tools, including social media, CRM and CMS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to do research, analyze and think strategically.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within budget with a high degree of attention to detail, despite managing multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, tact, time management skills, and flexibility.
- Proven expertise in driving impactful digital marketing campaigns, copywriting and graphic design.
- Ability to create comprehensive creative briefs or communications materials.
- Ability to travel within North America up to 6 times a year.
Education and Experience:
- A University degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including the training,
mentorship and management of a team.
- Proven track record of success in business development with the public sector.
