JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Bank Reconciliations
General Ledger Account Reconciliations
Accounts Receivable Collections maintain,
research and resolve payment discrepancies actioning for resolution or effective escalation as required to maintain A / R account reconciliations and maintain DSO within company policies and procedures
Sales Invoice processing through Customer’s direct portal access
Perform month and year-end processes as required by Controller
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS :
Intermediate level - Technology literate MS Office (Excel V-lookups & Pivot tables) ERP E2’ System
Minimum 3 years accounting experience, full-cycle GAAP (CDN) General Accounting in a distribution or manufacturing application
Able to be cross trained as a designated back-up for Ceridian Payroll (80 FTE’s incl U.S. division)
English Fluency : Oral, written, reading comprehension Clear articulation and interpersonal skills
Bachelors Degree OR College Accounting Diploma Post Secondary
