Full job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch the company’s products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through telephonic conversations and other lead generation methods.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers to drive sales and nurture relationships.
- Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas in the Canada region.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- CRM Management: Record and update details of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in telephonic or outbound sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$34.73 per hour
Expected hours: 17.5 – 20.5 per week
