Position Summary:

We are currently recruiting an Account Executive to join our team in Calgary, AB at our Calgary 8 facility. The Account Executive is responsible for specific sales accounts in the Calgary manufacturing division, and reports directly to the Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales proposals
- Establish and maintain customer and assigned buyer relationships
- Receiving requests for quotes






- Responsible for organizing the workflow for the Estimator; this includes organizing data packages, liaising with Estimator to ensure completion
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers and follow up when required; provide regular updates on progress
- Review purchase orders to ensure accuracy
- Responsible for entering purchase orders in MRP system and ensuring smooth workflow
- Identify new business opportunities
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support, sales or inside sales role of similar background
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings is considered an asset
- Knowledge and/or experience in the Aviation industry would be considered an asset
