**Job Description:**

Western Digital is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Service Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting our business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to foster a positive and productive environment while aligning service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Client Relationship Management:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs. - Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on projects, services, and resolve any issues that may arise.

2. **Project Management:** - Coordinate and oversee project deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure timely execution. - Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, manage priorities, and communicate project statuses to stakeholders.

3. **Research and Analysis:** - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client demands to better serve their needs. - Analyze client feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.

4. **Service Delivery:** - Ensure the highest standards of service are upheld and actively seek ways to enhance service quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and create efficiencies in service delivery.

**Training and Development:** - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance service skills and knowledge of industry best practices. - Mentor and support new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

6. **Reporting and Documentation:** - Prepare and maintain client service reports, documenting client interactions, project updates, and service performance metrics. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance engagement and client satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the technology sector.







- **Personality Traits:** - Dedicated and hardworking with a strong commitment to client service and satisfaction. - Proactive problem-solver who can work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

- **Soft Skills:** - Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively. - Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software. - Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
