**Job Description:**

CST Brands is seeking a dedicated and efficient Online Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Montreal. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Administrative Support:** - Provide comprehensive administrative support to online teams, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication. - Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and prepare reports as required.

2. **Communication Management:** - Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications. - Act as a liaison between departments and external partners, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

3. **Research and Data Analysis:** - Conduct thorough research on various topics relevant to business operations and online marketing strategies. - Analyze data and contribute insights that will support decision-making processes.

4. **Project Coordination:** - Assist in planning and executing various online projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Help coordinate virtual meetings and teleconferences, including scheduling, agenda creation, and note-taking.

5. **Persuasion and Negotiation:** - Utilize persuasive communication skills to advocate for the team’s needs and objectives.

6. **Travel Coordination:** - Organize travel arrangements for team members, including booking accommodations and transportation. - Ensure all travel policies are adhered to and relevant itineraries are communicated promptly.

8. **Continuous Improvement:** - Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategies to enhance efficacy. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in administrative coordination.

**Requirements:**







Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred. Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an online or virtual environment. Technical Skills:**

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams).
- Familiarity with project management software is an asset.
