Job Description:

As a member of the LCI Accounts team, the Advisor, Accounts - Inside Sales will perform analytics, provide recommendations, execute on strategy for development, growth and enhancement of long-term, valued-added, relationships with customers to gain organic growth from our core distribution utility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contract management and annual sales planning process to protect, enhance, and grow commercial/industrial distribution revenue.
- Creation and review of commercial agreements such as service agreements, confidentiality agreements, indemnifications, and investment agreements.
- Development of market, sector and customer intelligence to provide recommendations on complex matters and identify future opportunities.
- Customer load quotation process for large volume customers from request to in-service, working in collaboration with internal departments.






- Identify opportunities for effective process refinements, streamlining, and simplification to enhance business processes and client engagement.
- Activities related to customers including communications, events, safety, legal, regulatory, field operations, and construction projects.

Who You Are:

- University degree with related experience.
- A collaborative and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated project ownership attributes through lifecycle with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to provide input and make recommendations while leading without authority.
- Experience handling multiple systems to grow business from lead to in-service with numerous internal partners and processes.
