We invite you to join London Hydro as a Business Systems Analyst – JD Edwards and ERP Ecosystems within our Information Systems Department. Reporting to the Program Manager, Enterprise Applications, you will apply your knowledge of complex application development and system support as you participate in operational processes and project teams in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality information systems solutions to London Hydro’s business users and customers.







Specifically, your duties and responsibilities as a Business Systems Analyst will include:

- Primary responsibility for day-to-day technical and functional support and maintenance of JD Edwards 9.2 as well as related third-party software and integrations. This includes: Responding to end-user support requests and issues; Analyzing errors and discrepancies in systems and processes; Providing resolutions or making recommendations; Configuring and modifying configuration parameters and system processes based on user needs.
- Keep systems architecture up-to-date, applying ASUs and ESUs, Middleware Patches and updates as well as other CNC components
- Interaction with internal business users and external organizations to understand and support the needs of London Hydro’s operation and processes.






- Development of process flow models to provide a clear understanding of existing business processes and system interactions as well as changes to support process improvement and meet corporate objectives.
- Design and implementation of automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Creation and execution of test plans to validate correctness of information systems solutions and ensure that all business requirements have been sufficiently met.
- Develop and deliver related end user training materials in accordance with organizational standards.
- Development and maintenance of reporting systems to make operational and business intelligence data accessible to users, as needed or on schedule and support complex ad-hoc queries to support short-term information needs.
- Opportunities to learn and support other key Enterprise Applications as assigned (e.g. Genesys, HRIS, JIRA) and be involved in Enterprise projects.






- Adhering to all Occupational Health & Safety Act rules and regulations, the E&USA; rule book, London Hydro work practices and London Hydro’s Health & Safety Management System.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized university, or equivalent. (related business designation considered an asset)
- Strong Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 Technical Foundation tools and CNC Functionality
- Experience in supporting and maintaining JD Edwards Enterprise One Financial (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets), Procurement, Inventory Management and Work Order Management Modules
- Experience working with Insight Hubble, Cloud Inventory (DSI),





Bottomline Transform AP is a significant asset
- Knowledge of complex application development and system support.
- Working knowledge of the following would be an asset: HCM/Payroll systems, Scripting Languages (SQL, Python, Perl, etc.), reporting tools (Business Objects BI suite), SAP S4/HANA IS-Utilities, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Meter Data Management (MDM) systems, JIRA, Docushare and electric or other utility processes considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp, articulate and document complicated business and technical issues.
- Ability to work closely in a team environment with both business users and developers, as well as independently,





with changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate technical subjects clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to appropriately manage, communicate and present issues to the management team.
