Pay rate : C$20 - 28 / hr
Location : Toronto, ON
Work Type : Onsite for first 6 months. Hybrid will start once trained - 2 days per week in office
Rotation Schedule : 2 weekends a month

Our Host Operations team within Enterprise IT Operations EITO is seeking a talented Technical Support Analyst to provide frontline support and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and advice to users and customers.
- Diagnose, repair, and set up hardware and software systems.
- Install and commission new systems, products, and upgrades.
- Monitor the banking environment for anomalies and react promptly.
- Contribute to the overall stability and efficiency of the in-house computer network and infrastructure.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 environment
- Experience with ServiceNow and Autosys (preferred)
