Job Description
UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE COMMUNITY CARE MANAGER, THE HOME CARE NURSE PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL NURSING CARE TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, REHABILITATIVE, AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS OF THE CLIENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH POLICY.
THE HOME CARE NURSE IS IN CHARGE OF NURSING ASSESSMENT AND DELIVERY FOR CLIENTS.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
