Job Scope:

E-retail is a key role for La Prairie and our retailers’ online business stakeholders. This role is responsible for day-to-day sales and enhancing our brand experience across various touchpoints within the digital ecosystem. This person will develop e-retail digital programs that are elevated in strategy, profitable and integrated across multiple platforms. The Manager will also strategize and execute tactics to grow awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion to achieve company revenue targets through integrated partner marketing and elevated brand visibility.





This position requires working closely with Marketing, Sales Development, PR, Global counterparts, and all North America retail partners.

You will create a beautiful impact by:

E-Retail Sales Planning & Strategy

- Establishing and maintaining strong, win-win partnerships with top retailers, negotiating joint business plans to optimize growth and profitability.
- Owning the e-Retail P&L;, ensuring profitability and sales growth across platforms while upholding La Prairie’s luxury brand image.
- Collaborating with global and local teams to ensure tailored execution of content, promotions, and product launches.
- Aligning the strategy with overall regional & global business goals, working closely with regional teams to ensure winning omnichannel initiatives.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across all platforms,





including inventory management, product availability, and customer experience.
- Developing and managing each retailer’s e-commerce planning calendar as well as on-site content strategies (launches, top skus, limited edition sets, samples) in liaison with Marketing and Sales Development teams.
- Driving e-retailers’ sales goals and overseeing all e-retail account management. Tracking each e-retailers’ weekly sales and achieve sell-out targets.
- Forecasting retail sales by account weekly, reviewing sales forecast with Sales Development team and reforecast as needed.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

- Maintaining monthly reports and tracking KPIs for overall business and site performance.





Obtaining brand’s ranking information and gather insights for competitive benchmarking.
- Run weekly / monthly performance analysis & providing actionable insights using data to refine e-retail strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
- Working closely with top management & finance to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.

E-retailer Advertising (Co-Op)

- Monitoring COOP agreements and media performance, making strategic adjustments to improve ROI & new client recruitment.
- Managing digital co-op budget and campaigns including digital, onsite, social and new opportunities.
- Executing the campaign launch (negotiation, planning, creative direction) to maximize ROI.

Launch/Promotional Management

- Leading new launch product plans and ensure the success of promotional programs including brand exposure, digital campaign,





product merchandising and sales.
- Negotiating and influencing accounts to ensure brand’s visibility via multiple sources of traffic and sales touchpoints.
- Securing premium presence on e-retailers’ website and social accounts.
- Ensuring marketing support skus (samples and collateral) are shipped to retailer accounts.

Website Merchandising (Media & Digital Marketing)

- Collaborating with internal marketing & media teams and external partners to design and optimizing media strategies that drive traffic and sales.
- Implementing SEO and digital shelf optimization strategies to ensure best-in-class presence across all e-retail platforms.
- Leading the execution of eCRM campaigns to enhance engagement and customer lifetime value.






- Communicating with e-retailers regularly to secure brand page enhancements, elevated merchandising, product set updates and shipments.
- Providing/reviewing/approving creative assets and ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Managing onsite merchandising, QA on each e-retailer site. Ensuring quality and accuracy of product copy, assets, links, prices and overall presence of La Prairie onsite.
- Managing allocations and product setups of no-cost skus.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Acting as the key liaison between global teams, regional teams, and external retail partners to ensure alignment on brand guidelines, sales targets, and executional strategies.
- Internal Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, at Beiersdorf level, La Prairie Global level, and internally within the North America team,





ensuring seamless collaboration and constant alignment on KPIs.
- Collaborating with marketing, CRM, logistics, media & commercial teams to streamline the e-retail process and enhance the customer experience.

To be our next creative and audacious talent you will need:

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in e-retailer and/or pure player management, preferably in luxury and/or beauty, including management of external vendors.
- Proven track record in delivering successful online growth in partnership with eRetailers & pure players.
- Experience building solid relationships with key retailers/e-retailers.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, CRM, and digital shelf optimization.






- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence and manage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage data for optimizing performance and making informed business decisions.
- Self-motivated and solutions-oriented with proven ability to deliver sales results and creative marketing solutions in a timely manner and within budget.
- Strength in multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge and passion for cosmetics and/or luxury vertical.
