About the opportunity







The Sr Manager Business Development is responsible for leading and optimizing Revenue Development operations, driving efficiency, enhancing performance, and achieving strategic pipeline generation objectives. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Development and requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, process improvement, and team leadership.

What you’ll get to do

- Develop and implement sales outreach strategies aligned to company’s goals and market demands.
- Support the build, mentoring, and leadership of a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Analyze existing operations, identify areas of improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators and utilize analytics to track group performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with business development leaders, enablement, marketing, field sales, customer service,





and product teams to ensure alignment in initiatives and customer engagement.
- Work with leadership and enablement to implement new hire onboarding and training and continued learning plans to improve skills and knowledge related to products, outreach techniques, and customer markets.
- Lead change initiatives aimed to improve operational workflows and enhancing overall business development effectiveness.

Skills and experience we value

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in sales management or operational excellence roles, with a track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a business development, inside sales, virtual selling, or operational excellence.






- Strong understanding of human capital management SaaS business models across multiple business segments.
- Experience building best practices and operational guidelines for business development, inside sales, or field sales groups.
- Expertise in data analysis to derive insights from metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and teams.
- Proficient in developing training programs and playbooks to enhance team capabilities and standard operations. #LI-REMOTE
