Expertise in integrated strategic and financial planning, analytics, management reporting, and leadership decision support required
Leverage your financial institution industry experience, business partnership skills and technical expertise as a CPA/CFA to drive decisions and provide useful insights, analytics, and reporting. You’ll steward financial rolling-forecasts and multi-year financial planning to support business and executive decision-making.
This role works closely with business and cross-functional partners,
with executive leadership visibility. You'll be part of our dynamic, high-performance Finance team, leveraging integrated, model-driven processes and systems.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and distribute analytics and reports targeted to senior management
- Analyze our operating environment
- Make recommendations on adjusting data quality, structure and adequacy to better meet analytic requirements
- Provide domain-specific insights to other business units
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Build and maintain consulting relationships with key leaders
- Provide technical training and mentorship to team members

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Advanced research, analysis and problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of statistics, mathematics or data configuration
- Knowledge of data manipulation and management tools; mastery of visualization tools
