What you can expect from this position:







Under the direction of the Director, Property Management and Ground Transportation, the Manager, Ground Transportation and Commercial Agreements, you will be responsible for overseeing the Revenue and Sales team within the Ground Transportation Business Unit. Your role will involve developing, monitoring, and improving procedures, policies, and service standards for contracted vendors. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address flow-related issues on groundside terminal curbs caused by construction, traffic, or illegal activity.

As Manager, Ground Transportation and Commercial Agreements, you will:

- Establish business objectives and identify strategies to drive incremental, profitable revenue
- Develop operational procedures, policies, standards, level of service and rules and regulations as the SME
- Co-develop strategic plans and the annual Business Plan including “go to market” initiatives. Co-lead implementation






- Identify net new revenue generating opportunities for Ground Transportation and lead project implementation plan
- Develop Revenue & O&M; Budget for Ground Transportation. Manage revenue/spend to Budget
- Co-lead and develop revenue forecasting monthly, quarterly and annually
- Manage vendor contracts and/or Licence agreements related to Ground Transportation including evaluation. Lead and develop RFP’s as required
- Manage Groundside Transportation Development commercial agreements and contracts with operators, partners and end-users of the airport’s groundside transportation network to facilitate the delivery of maximum revenue and passenger experience, all within a customer-centric environment
- Working together with Groundside Operations,





develop and implement operational procedures, policies, standards, level of service and rules and regulations for Ground Transportation
- Lead vendor compliance initiative to ensure an equitable competitive environment within each Segment
- Lead development of guidelines for customer complaints (administered by Customer Relations)
- Support Taxi and Limo engagement and consultations working together with Operations, SR&C;, Risk and Legal
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to minimize impact of Transportation-led disruptions
- Commit to and role modelling the GTAA Leadership Behaviours to support and further the business’ vision through the build and development of diverse, multi-skilled teams







The salary for this management non-unionized position is competitive based on the successful candidate’s qualifications.

This is the role for you, if you have:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or other related field
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience working in a customer centric environment
- 1+ years of people leadership experience
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position

- Ability to effectively manage relationships and customer-accounts
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with superior interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Resourceful, Innovative and able to contribute as part of a high performing team
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word
- Demonstrate strong business acumen as defined by a proven track record of success
